Q: Where do I send the Hotel Booking Form to?
A: Please return this form to worlds18@worldcdf.com

Q: Can I send the arrival time (not date) later as I’m not sure how late my flight arrives?
A: Sure you can, on your invoice there is a booking code, this code is a personal code. When you arrival time is clear, just send us a quick e-mail with your booking code and the time so we can adjust your reservation.

Q: Do I have to register separately via my WCDF account (MyInfo)?
A: Yes, you need to register all your dances in MyInfo and your hotel package through the hotel booking form.

Q: By when does the payment for the hotel package need to be done?
A:  The payment need to be done before the 2nd of June 2025 but please be aware that your package (so also your hotel room) is not confirmed until the full amount is received.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: No there is no deposit required but your package (so also your room) is not confirmed until the full amount is received.

Q: Is it possible to cancel my registration and my booking?
A: There is a free cancellation up to June 2nd, 2025. As of June 2, 2025 a 100% charge will be applied. In case of cancellation after that date or NO SHOW, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. In case of cancellation during the stay 100% of expenses will be charged.
